This property has 3 bedrooms, plus a 4th bedroom which can only be accessed via one of the others. There are 3 bathrooms, a hammam in the old pigeon house and an extra-long lap pool measuring 14m x 3m. Large walled garden. Stunning 'baby-grand' Bechstein piano. Brand new terrace on two sides of the house so you will always find sun or shade, depending on the time of day.

Located in the village of Aigues-Vives in the Gard only 5 minutes walk from various shops and restaurants, this is an excellent spot from which to explore the Roman towns of Nimes and Arles, the medieval city of Montpellier and the mystery of the Camargue National Reserve. There is a river beach nearby which is well-worth a visit.

The Mas has been restored using salvaged items brought in from both the UK and France, which give it a unique and artistic ambiance - even the windows were specially sourced!
