About Villa Emma
Villa Emma offers three double bedrooms on the ground floor and one double bedroom in the basement and a fifth bedroom in a separate studio at the bottom of the garden. All rooms have en suite marble bathrooms. 4 with shower and the master with 2 sinks, bath snd shower.
There is a beautiful open plan lounge and dining room and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings. The fixtures and fittings are all high end.
There is a terrace off the living room looking over the pool and garden and a full pool house with bbq, fridge, dining table, sofa seating area and fire pit.
In the basement there is a fabulous cinema room with some cinema style lounge sofas a big screen and 3-D glasses available. There is a large secondary lounge/tv area in the basement and a laundry.
The pool can be heated and has an electric cover and a pool alarm.
Villa Emma is located 2 minutes drive from the old town of Mougins and 5 mins to the village of Valbonne.

Thanks to excellent road links, it's only 20 minutes from Nice Airport, yet retains its peaceful village charm. It is only 6km from Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea and has a feel of being in the Provence countryside.
Mougins is centrally placed to explore the Côte d'Azur highlights of St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco, not to mention the charming neighbouring villages of Grasse, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, and Biot to name just a few close by. You will be close enough to day trip to Menton and the Italian border, Aix-en-Provence, the magnificent Gorges du Verdon, and the less touristy villages of the Northern Var and Gorges du Loup.
