About Villa Vincente
Villa Vincente is located at just a short 5-minute stroll to the village centre, which bustles with typical French finesse. The morning coffee and croissant, the local bars and restaurants, the weekly market and the superb local wines are all on the doorstep of this wonderful villa.
Plan de la Tour is only a 10-minute drive to the coast at Sainte Maxime, and just a few minutes further will bring you to Grimaud, Saint Tropez or Ramatuelle.
This beautiful villa was totally renovated between 2011 and 2013 - it is set within mature gardens and offers large and spacious accommodation with 5 bedrooms. The stunning double pool wraps around the villa and is complete with huge stone terraces and teak decking, making outdoor living a joy.
The modern villa boasts air conditioning throughout, WiFi and English satellite TV. The property is furnished with handmade Italian fittings, Grohe bathroom fitments and designer linens by Catherine Lansfield. There are flat screen tvs and DVD players in the lounge of the property, as well as in the Master Suite.
The outside area of this villa is just as impressive as the interior, thanks to the gas BBQ facilities, open terraces, covered and uncovered seating areas as well as ample exterior furniture for both lounging and dining.
There are two swimming pools which are 6m x 12m and 5m x 10m and are linked together. They have underwater seating, water jets and are maintained on a weekly basis.
The garden and land cover an area of 2000m2, and make a great place for kids to run around in - there is also private parking.

The pools are direct from the lounge, kitchen and dining room, so families with young children are urged to remain vigilant at all times.
There is plenty of parking, plus an undercroft double garage. Air conditioning is available throughout the property and is a must in the summer months.
