Monaco is just a safe 6-minute walk along pathways and the quaint village of La Turbie is 5 minutes' drive. La Turbie offers a range of good restaurants and shops. The amazing thing about this little corner is the lack of traffic - going up and down to Monaco is easy, whereas if you try to access the Principality from the Nice direction the traffic can be very heavy!
The views from this property are just stunning, taking in the whole of Monaco, Cap d'Ail, the Mediterranean, and across to Italy. You can sit on the edge of the mosaic plunge pool and watch the sun go down, or lounge on a sunbed before cooling off in the larger pool with its little island. Behind the pool, you will find a well-ness suite of 70m² comprising a brand new hammam, a sauna, a shower, and a spa pool.
The villa features some extremely interesting furniture and fittings in different sorts of temperate and exotic woods. From the huge coffee table fashioned from a single massive piece of sequoia to the finishings in all the bathrooms, wood gives a warm and welcoming styling to the property.
