The sand dunes covered with sand lilies that blossom in August, together with the adjacent pine and cider tree covered hill and the shallow blue and green waters of the reef create a truly unique environment.    In this secluded beach the sea turtle caretta caretta lays its eggs every June and in mid August the little turtles get out of their nest and go into the sea, starting their big journey.   The absence of lights in the surrounding area provides the most amazing sky at night.  

Inside this well-appointed villa guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a comfortable lounge area together with a dining area all decorated in natural colours, stone and wood elements that blend together to create a beach house that exudes an unmistakable charm.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and 1 family room with 2 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 25 guests.    All bedrooms (and the main living areas) are air conditioned.

Bedroom 1: A spacious (and wheelchair-friendly) bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, a built-in closet for ample storage and an ensuite bathroom.  

Bedroom 2 & 3: These adjoining rooms share a convenient ensuite bathroom and are equipped with built-in wardrobes. One room features a double bed while the other includes three single beds, providing flexible accommodation options for families or groups.  

Bedroom 4 : This room offers three single beds, built-in wardrobes for storage and an ensuite bathroom.  

Bedrooms 5 to 9: Spacious and elegantly appointed, these bedrooms boast a double bed and an additional single bed, along with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. Each room offers mesmerizing sea views, with direct access to the beach for a truly immersive coastal experience. Two of these rooms even feature a pergola right outside, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

Multiple outdoor spaces throughout the estate provide ample opportunities for large gatherings or private moments of relaxation.  The villa offers al-fresco dining and an outdoor kitchen.    The main pergola hosts two separate dining tables and a built-in sofa with stunning and unobstructed views of the sea and the horizon that blends with the infinity pool.   Whether you're hosting a lively celebration or seeking a quiet retreat with your favourite book, there's a space here for every occasion.    With prior booking guests have access to a tennis court and canoes.
