The property itself is distributed over two levels and encompasses some 350m of living space, connected by both indoor and outdoor stairs. The main living and dining areas are located on the upper floor with large windows overlooking the pool and the breath-taking panorama. There is also a kitchen for guests use, with a further living area on the lower level. The master bedroom is on the upper level, ensuite, with study area, walk in wardrobe and views over the Caldera. Three more double bedrooms and one twin are on the same level, also ensuite and with excellent views.

The outdoor areas were designed with comfort and utmost relaxation in mind. Nafsika Estate is 10 minutes drive from Athinios Port, 15 minutes from Santorini airport or accessed by helicopter with its own helipad.
