THIS VILLA COMES WITH THE DAILY SERVICE OF A MAID AND A PRIVATE CHEF, 6 DAYS PER WEEK, TO PREPARE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH or DINNER (cost of food extra).
This stone-built property has been artfully
designed to combine natural materials with contemporary architecture, creating
an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The house has been finished to the highest
standard, with stylish furniture and artworks in each room. A floating pontoon
is available to guests to use during the months of July & August.
Outside these months you will have access to a secure mooring and a platform
for pick-ups and drop-offs. The house is fully air conditioned, with underfloor
heating, a Sonos music system and WiFi throughout.
Corfu International Airport is a 30-minute drive,
or a 15-minute boat trip away from the town of Nissaki on a wonderfully peaceful
stretch of coastline. The villa has direct access to the sea and is only a few
minutes walk from a small pebbled beach, or you can take a 10-minute stroll
along the coastal walk to Nissaki. Here, youll find a taverna perched on the
rocks with spectacular views across the bay - the perfect spot for lunch or a
leisurely drink. To explore further afield, you can hire a boat which can be
moored on the estate's private jetty in front of the villa. A 15-minute boat
ride will take you to the beautiful Agni Bay with three fantastic tavernas or
the UNSESCO World Heritage of Old Town of Corfu where you can enjoy bustling
cafes amongst beautiful Venetian architecture.

Ground Floor:
Main door is just at the side of the parking area.
Open Plan / Living and Dining area with large doors to the pool area. Fireplace / Air Con / Under-floor heating through-out / WIFI / Smart TV / Dining Table for 8. Stairs (marble with a metal hand rail) leading to the first floor.
Off the Dining area is a hallway which leads to a Shared WC / Stairs (marble with a metal hand rail) to the Lower floor and separate kitchen, which also has a door to the pool area.
Fully equipped kitchen Oven / Hob / Microwave / Large Fridge / Large Freezer / Wine Fridge / Dishwasher / Kettle / Toaster / Filter Coffee Machine.
Lower Ground Floor:
Large Hallway with printer, access to a small Gym (bike, running machine, free weights, mats and TV)
Off the Gym area is a laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
1 x Twin (90 x 1. 90m) can be made into a DBL upon request. Air Con. Ensuite Bathroom with an overhead shower. Doors to garden area.

First Floor:1 x Super King Bed (2. 20 x 2. 0m). Air Con. Door and Window open to overlook the pool area and Sea. No Balcony off these doors. Door to the back of the room which has a private terrace with seating and an outdoor shower. Ensuite large Shower / Free standing separate bath / Door to the outside shower on the terrace.
Outside and grounds:
Infinity Pool (ground level) is 12m x 5m and a depth of 1. 45m. The pool can be heated on request. Large seating area and Dining area (shaded). Sunbeds. Umbrellas. Gas BBQ and a kitchen area with fridge all facing the pool.
From the pool area and the lower ground level are steps leading down towards the sea. A nice stroll down passing Hammock, small tables and chairs, sunbeds until you come to a larger shaded seating area with dining table, outdoor WC and Shower, Fridge. 10 15m after the above area is a gate which leads to a rocky area leading down into the sea.
There is a small platform for clients to gain access into the water. From this area guest can walk along a rocky path to get to the small shingle and stone beach (quite steep to get down) approx. 3 minutes or walk along a narrow coastal path to get to Nissaki Harbour (10 minutes walk).
