A flower and plant covered driveway leads guests to the beautiful Villa Edmundo. The villa shares its electric gates with another property, but is otherwise private.   It is one of the exclusive villas built on the clifftop, between Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia, part of a large private estate which includes Villa Oura next door (also available to rent. ) There is a gate in the garden for guests wishing to book both properties, otherwise they remain private, with separate entrances and independent from each other. There is direct, private access to the beach from the garden via a gate, steps and a stile.  Please note that access to this beach can be difficult for those with poor mobility (nearby St Eulalia beach which is a short drive has better access).  Just below the villa, there are 2 beach restaurants and the beach has sun beds and lifeguards.

The villa enjoys such a peaceful spot it is difficult to believe it is just a short walk from Santa Eullia with its variety of restaurants and bars. The popular Areias de So Joo is also close by making this a good choice for groups which include teenagers, although many clients rarely leave this idyllic spot and choose instead to stock up at the local supermarket. The view from Edmundo is truly breathtaking.

Various rooms have sea views including the living room, the large terrace and garden. When opening the patio doors, guests can enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves down below. The hot water system is solar, the house has an alarm and all bedrooms have windows that open onto the garden and pool area.

  • Refundable security deposit of £1,000 to be paid | Pool heating available by prior request at £520 per week | Use of sauna and Hamman is charged at £245 each per week (Please note the sauna and Hamman cannot be used simultaneously) | Annexe (2 further bedrooms) available on request for an additional fee - please contact us for further details | From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights).
