The property is accessed via a secure gated driveway with plenty of parking. The main entrance is a large Italian vaulted door which opens to an expansive open plan living/dining area with hugely impressive seaviews and a Baby Grand Piano for company. From this area there are french doors to a covered terrace and alfresco dining area with panoramic views. Look forward to lively dining by day on the professional gas barbecue, to relaxed meals by night, with the twinkling lights of local fishing boats as the backdrop.
The spacious kitchen has been designed with the latest in technology including an inside breakfast bar and grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped and the extensive list of facilities include an American fridge and an American fridge/freezer, four wine coolers, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker and the all-important Nespresso coffee machine!
On a lower level (stairs down), there is a sitting area with TV, DVD, Bose sound system and an Ipod connection. There is a fully equipped gym with 100 plasma TV with CD/DVD player and sound system available. Next to the Gym there is a guest shower room. A pool table and a bar create yet another refuge in which to relax. Hidden inside a cupboard there is a small kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and icemaker so refreshment is never far away!
There are eight bedroom suites in total, each with TV. There are five en suite double bedrooms in the main house (beds measuring: Master
2m x1. 70m; Gold 2m x1. 70m; White 1. 97m x 1. 80m; African
2m x 1. 70m; Round bed 2. 22m) and three en suite bedrooms (two doubles, one twin: bed measurements: Annex Twin 2m x 0. 90m; Middle 2m x 1. 60m; End 2m x 1. 80m) in the guesthouse, which is built on two levels and also has a lounge area. There is also a bar and covered terrace with sea views. The expansive African suite in the main house has a unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button allowing bathing under the stars in true James Bond style!
The infinity pool (16m x 6m) made with Italian Bisazza tiling is a true highlight relax on the underwater bar stools or perhaps in the poolside jacuzzi. There is a motorized cover and on request, the pool can be heated. The pool is chlorine free (saline). The property is fully air conditioned and has WiFi throughout. The villa is located at the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean so naturally the boundaries should be respected (please do not step outside the fenced area). On the edge of the cliff there is a public footpath so occasional intrepid walkers may pass by.
