Ground Floor
Large entrance hallway
A fully equipped modern kitchen/dining area, with appliances including an American fridge freezer, coffee machine,
electric oven & grill and 3 electric hobs, microwave, juicer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
An exterior room houses the washing machine and dryer.
Dining area with dining table and seating for ten people.
The spacious open plan lounge has large patio doors leading to the pool area, air conditioning,
comfortable seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Lazer giving a good selection of English tv channels.

Bedroom one is a children's room with 3 twin size bunk beds and air conditioning.  
There is a guest cloakroom adjacent to bedroom one however guests staying in this bedroom need to use one of the other shower rooms.
Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors to terrace and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors to terrace, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom.  

First Floor
Bedroom four is a double room with king size bed and fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors to private balcony, wall mounted flat screen TV
and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and a separate shower unit.
Bedroom five is a double room with king size bed and fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Outdoors
There is a large covered area with table and chairs, hanging seat and hammock.
A further covered dining area seats 10, with a gas BBQ, gas hobs and a food preparation area with sink and fridge.  
A table tennis table is provided for your enjoyment.
Steps lead down to the pool (8m x 4m) and a lovely garden laid to lawn.
The villa has a gated entrance with parking on the villa forecourt and the property is fenced for privacy and security.
