Vale do Lobo is one of the Algarves most established coastal resorts, known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The villa sits close to the Vale do Lobo Ocean and Royal golf courses and just a short drive from Praia de Vale do Lobo, a long stretch of golden sand backed by red cliffs. The nearby Praa is the heart of the resort, offering a selection of beachfront restaurants, bars, and cafs, ideal for relaxed evenings or family outings. For everyday needs, theres a local supermarket, medical centre, and fitness and tennis centre all within the resort. A little further out, the towns of Almancil and Quinta do Lago offer even more dining and shopping options, while Faro Airport is just a 20-minute drive away.
The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over three floors. It was built in a classic style in the early 2000s, is air-conditioned and has a warm, comfortable feeling offering spacious living areas and well-appointed bedrooms.

- Refundable security deposit of £3,000 to be paid | Pool heating available by prior request at £600 per week | Maid service included 3 times a week | From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
