The Villa is set in grounds of 10,000 m2, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and only a 15-minute drive from the airport and from the town of Ibiza.
The pool area, with an integrated Jacuzzi, offers a perfect place to relax with a superb panoramic view over the Mediterranean. The outdoor area also features a BBQ as well as a chill out area alongside gardens and lawn areas. To ensure your safety and peace of mind there are security video cameras positioned all around the property.

The Villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning with a total of 14 outlets to ensure for a perfect indoor climate. In addition, there is a huge open fireplace at the top of the house for those romantic evenings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large freezer and a double-door refrigerator. There is also a guest bathroom.

The main bedroom with sea view and air conditioning, has a king-size bed, TV, a 2-meter walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a massage shower.

The third bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, large built-in wardrobe and private sun terrace has a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
