Walk into the spacious living/dining area and youll find cosy sofas to sink into, bright room-sized windows, a traditional fireplace, sleek, contemporary dining furniture and a huge, wall-mounted satellite TV. The kitchen area is naturally state-of-the-art.

Fully-equipped with all the latest appliances, there is also a dining area in which to enjoy a family meal. All the bedrooms are light, bright and airy and some lead out to the fabulous large balcony with great views of the Mallorcan countryside and Mediterranean Sea. Altogether there are a total of 6 double beds plus 1 bunk bed, sleeping up to 12 guests. Several of the ensuite bathrooms feature elegant jacuzzi-style baths with wonderful views of the countryside. Just perfect for a long hot soak after a day exploring this lovely Mediterranean island.

 One aspect that is really special is the variety of living spacious scattered around the mansion. The gorgeous terraces perfect for sunny breakfasts, balconies with great views overlook the pool and gardens; all fitted out beautifully. There is air conditioning throughout the property, as well as central heating. There is a superb large private swimming pool - great for a fresh morning swim or just cooling off from the hot Mallorcan sun.

The extensive dark wood decking surrounding the pool only adds to the feeling of luxury. Youll find plenty of sun loungers and parasols too, so you can laze in the sun without a care in the world. The nearest beach is Playa de Palma which is exactly 10km away from the villa, and offers plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and activities to keep you sunned, sanded and satisfied throughout your holiday. The large, lovely, lush lawn is just great for the kids to play on.
