Located in the countryside behind Estepona with fantastic views over the sea towards Tangiers and Gibraltar, Villa Lucia is a modern and extremely stylish holiday villa.
There are five bedrooms in total, full air conditioning, games room and beautiful pool.
This is a perfect spot for golf plus Marbella is only fifteen minutes away for shopping, restaurants and night life. Days out on offer include Rhonda or why not visit the beautiful Alhambra in Granada. Malaga airport is 45 minutes away.

Location: One can walk to 'Bossa' cafe/restaurant (they serve breakfast and lunch) and 'El Rustico' pizzeria. The 'Senora beach club' is approx 12 mins walk. At the beach are water sports, paddle boarding etc. Padel tennis. The owners sometimes walk to Estepona (on a pedestrianised route) from the villa, although this is around 1 hour 15 mins to walk, so may be more comfortable by car or cycle. Note that the villa is on a slight hill, so walking down is easier than the walk back up - if guests prefer to drive, there is a large car park at the bottom of the road by the beach.
The housekeeper lives in nearby San Pedro but will supply and prepare a daily continental breakfast in the villa for an extra cost (fresh fruit, cold meats, coffee, pastries, cereals) as well as an occasional evening meal if guests wish (curry, paella or bbq). For 20 per hour the housekeeper will do additional work like babysitting, shopping, ironing etc on request.

Grounds:
The grounds are very special: built into the hillside, there are six south facing terrace levels where the scent of olive trees, herbs, lavender and rosemary are ever present. There are lights placed in the garden creating a magical atmosphere at night time. Below the olive grove level is the pool; an impressive 18m x 5m pool with a shallow end and can be heated on request. There are far reaching views from the pool area; there is also a pool house with seating and brick barbecue. Vence 1. 5 kms, St Paul be Vence 5kms, nearest beach 10 kms, Antibes 25 kms, Nice and airport 20 kms. Outdoor kitchen area with fridge and built in barbecue. A private tennis court is available (on request) within walking distance of the villa.
Guests with children should take care of the ledge around the pool which has a drop on one side.
