About Chateau Ideal for Weddings
A magnificent 19th Century wine estate carefully restored and reimagined as a luxury country estate. Blending the services of a hotel with the relaxed, privileged atmosphere of a private club - the perfect location for your French wedding.
Chic and laid back or old-school French glamour, Château LESCA provides a picture-perfect romantic backdrop – an elegant Château in beautiful grounds surrounded by rolling vineyards and gorgeous Mediterranean countryside. Hosts a limited number of special weddings for up to 120 guests each year (July & August excepted), organised by in-house wedding planner and caterer.
The Château accommodates 100 guests in 30 luxurious suites, apartments and villas (60 ensuite rooms in total), each of which has been fashioned from the original buildings of the estate. On-site facilities include a stylish restaurant and bar, a large heated infinity pool, clay tennis court, volleyball and boules courts, as well as complimentary bikes, lovely gardens and several terraces. With all your guests staying in the same location, the Château allows you to relax and spend quality time with your family and friends as our professional team handles all the details.
Subject to availability, the Château can be exclusively yours for the duration of your wedding. All your guests in one place for the weekend, with the entire estate at your disposal. The Château can also be partially privatised.
Religious or civil ceremonies in a choice of settings. Many guests choose to marry in a beautiful local abbey; others use the celebrant, who can perform ceremonies in a number of bucolic locations around the estate.
From welcome barbecue to canal cruises and next-day brunch, we can host or arrange a wide variety of bespoke events allowing you plenty of quality time with your loved ones.
Wedding planning, photographers & stylists, flowers, bands & DJs, hair, makeup and everything else – everything is at your disposal.

PARTIAL PRIVATISATION - Château LESCA is partly privatised for the duration of your wedding allowing you and your guests private access to the venues and facilities of your choice for each event.
The restaurant, lower terrace and pool area remain open to other diners and guests. A full range of wedding services is provided.
VENUES & FACILITIES
THE WINERY: This indoor dining venue is ideal for larger weddings. Complete with a wine bar and dance floor, the after-party can continue until late.
THE LOWER TERRACE: This beautiful outdoor dining spot overlooks the pool onto the vines beyond. The terrace can also be used for the ceremony itself. The bride descending the Château staircase makes a
stunning backdrop for photos.
THE PANORAMIC TERRACE: With superb views over the surrounding countryside, this is a relaxed setting for the wedding ceremony, champagne reception or a cocktail party.
LA SERRE: Our beautiful glass conservatory provides a beautiful backdrop for the wedding ceremony.
THE SALON: A sophisticated, stylish setting ideal for the bride or groom’s lunches or the rehearsal dinner.
THE PARK & GARDENS: Ceremonies can be held outside in the gardens, on the lawn or under the trees.
THE BARBECUE AREA: Ideal for a casual outdoor soirée, enjoy relaxed drinks & barbecue under the shade of the trees.

Further Information
Accommodation for you and your guests is in our stylish one, two or three bedroom apartments and villas, each crafted from the original Château and winery buildings. Depending on how many rooms your party
reserves, other guests may be staying at the Château.
Prices are based on the average room price per night for a minimum stay of three nights. Guests will, of course, be able to make their own choice of room. Sample prices, per room per night.

WEDDING SERVICES
Wedding planner before and during the event.
Welcome pack and drinks for all guests on arrival.
Flowers for the wedding reception, the barbecue and the brunch, including bouquet for the bride and button hole for the groom.

Totally flexible staffing for the 3 days.

FOOD AND DRINK
Wedding lunch/dinner from 100€ per person including canapés.
Self-service buffet breakfasts from 15€ per person.
Informal barbecue from 45€ per person.
Brunch from 40€ per person.
The Château's own red, white and rosé wine from 19€ per bottle, Crémant de Limoux sparkling wine from 27€ per bottle. Champagne from 80€ per bottle.
The minimum spend on food and drinks for the three days is 250€ per person. Food and drink can be billed directly to the guests or subsidised/paid for by the wedding party.
