The living room is the main point of the house, and has two sets of French windows opening onto the garden, overlooking the swimming pool. There is a fireplace, two large sofas, some armchairs as well as a TV and a stereo system with a CD player. In this property you will also find a laundry room with a washing and drying machine. OUTSIDE The garden of this Mas is wonderful, complete with a fully equipped summer kitchen which is available off the kitchen and the living room, under the large paved and shaded terrace with garden furniture. It is equipped with a BBQ, four electric hotplates, a fridge and a sink. The beautiful landscaped garden is planted with trees (olive, palm) and lawn. The large heated swimming pool (11.5m x 5m) is surrounded by lawn. You access the property through a private lane and stairs. At the rear of the house are enough parking spaces for several cars.
