About Le Ferrandier
This stunning property is situated amidst forest and garrigues at the top of a hill offering simply amazing 360 views over the villages and communes of the Cote d'Azur. The view extends to Cannes and the sea, Mandelieu-La-Napoule, Théoule-Sur-Mer, Mougins, Tanneron and the hills around Grasse. Booking Le Ferrandier means 58,000m² of grounds entirely at your disposal. Being far from any major roads the only sounds you will hear are the breeze, the cicadas and the occasional private jet coming in to land at Mandelieu.
The main house is built in the local style of tailored stone and offers 300m² of beautifully decorated living space.
The living and dining area is an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying a glass of something fresh or chatting with friends. Lovely high ceilings, big fireplace, doors leading out to the garden - this room is as inviting in winter as it is in summer. There is a bar area too for enjoying a glass of the local rosé and admiring the view of the hills towards Mougins.
The lounge area offers a spacious library with fireplace and doors opening onto a terrace. This room, with its wooden bookshelves, beams and big comfy sofa invite you to relax, read a good book, watch TV or admire the the view of the hills of the Tanneron. This room is accessed by 2 or 3 steps so a reduced mobility individual may need to be assisted.
