Built in recent years with a contemporary look and chic interiors, this villa is situated in the village of Okrug Gornji on the Ciovo peninsula which is famous for its over 2 km long beautiful pebble beach known as Copacabana and its close proximity to the historic town of Trogir. Trogir is renowned for its palaces, churches, towers and fortress and, in 1997, was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The property sits only 15 metres from a pebble beach and is surrounded by stone-walled courtyards, with views over a stunning mountainous scenery and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Built on 4 levels the villa covers a surface of over 300 m2, with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, wellness zone, and accommodates 11 guests.
