Arched French doors open from the yard to a lovely dining room with long table that can accommodate all guests. Adjoining the dining room there are two living rooms, a TV room and on the other side another living room, with sofas, stone floors, exposed wood ceiling beams and fireplace.

A stunning and fully equipped kitchen that can be used by the guests or by a chef (on request).
                                                                                                                              
The villa features 4 bedrooms on this floorthree with double size beds, one with twinsall with closets and private bathrooms (3 ensuite) of travertine marble.

La Limonaia pavilion     
A wonderful old limonaia converted into a stunning pavilion with windows overlooking the Lucca area with gorgeous views. Perfect for al fresco dining and meetings. A professional kitchen is present on the same building.

Garden
The formal Italian garden overlooks the entire Lucca area and surrounding vineyards. The swimming pool area is accompanied by sun loungers, parasols and wicker sofas and surrounded by roses and olive trees - a great spot to relax!
