dining ensure memorable outdoor occasions whilst the well proportioned internal

room, bedecked with dark purple curtains along the walls for the ultimate
cinematic experience. The grounds are secure and private with landscaped gardens
and include the recently installed jacuzzi, pool and large lazy-boy hammocks.
The beach is a ten minute walk. Faro airport twenty five minutes. Quinta
Shopping (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars/clubs, tennis centre, golf)
are just a few minutes away.

There is a beautiful, very well maintained private garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting large swimming pool (18m x 7m) surrounded by sun loungers, also from here you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and relax on the day beds strategically placed to enjoy the views.

- Refundable security deposit of £10,000 to be paid | Pool heating available on request at £1,000 per week | Maid service included 3 times per week | Pool towels provided | From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights).
