Villa Mara's ground floor gives access to the kitchen, main living/dining area, an office and three ensuite bedrooms. As guests walk through the corridor to the kitchen, they'll find stairs to the lower and upper floors.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and has double doors that lead outside to the barbecue area. The living/dining area also has French windows that open onto the outdoor terrace where the pool can be found along with a second barbecue.
All the bedrooms are ensuite doubles and the master gives access to the terrace containing the lower swimming pool. The upper terrace has its own jacuzzi, worktop with sink and barbecue.
The final three bedrooms can be found on the lowest floor along with the garage, laundry area and a well-equipped gym surrounded by glass. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite doubles that share a terrace with seating arrangements. Stairs lead off this terrace to the villas second swimming pool and the well landscaped garden.
The last bedroom is a twin which has a separate shower room and an open space combining a games room, a bar, and a TV area with a large screen and leather sofa. The games room is equipped with table tennis, small gym (running machine, rowing machine, cycle) and snooker table.

Layout
Upper floor (entry level):
The sitting room seats 12 on modern and comfortable light-coloured furniture, leading out to a large terrace and with fantastic views of the sea and coast. There is a separate home cinema room with DVD and surround sound.
The kitchen is new and modern, open plan with a large breakfast bar and granite worktops. It is excellently equipped with electric cooker, hob and microwave, American fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The dining area with large table and 10 chairs is adjacent.
There is a second simpler kitchen on the pool level.
Ground floor:
Spiral stairs lead down to the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (1. 4m bed), balcony with sea views and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2 x 0. 9m) and en suite bathroom with bath.
Bedroom 3: Twin (or can be 2m King size double bed on request) and accesses the pool and garden. It has an en suite bathroom with bath.

Grounds:
Outdoors are terraces from which to enjoy the spectacular views. On the living room (upper) level is a wide terrace and separate dining table with built-in charcoal barbecue. The pool is small at about 5m x 3m approx and kidney-shaped with a ladder for access and a jacuzzi. The garden has lawn, flowers and shrubs, and a steep path leads down to the beach. Due to they layout of the garden, small children should be supervised at all times in the outdoor areas. Whilst the garden is not large, the superb location and views make up for that. The hot water system is solar. There is an alarm and electric gate.
