Laid out over three floors in the resort of Encosta Do Lago, Quinta do Lago, next to the beach and lake, with some of the finest restaurants within walking distance and lots for the children to do, this villa really does have it all! The lake within just a short stroll has an abundance of watersports to offer and Encosta do Lago itself has a fantastic communal pool area and tennis courts available for your use free of charge. The villa boasts a lovely sunny outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool as well as a sauna and Turkish bath (charges apply for the latter only).
The master bedroom on the first floor features a large en suite bathroom and glorious views across Quinta do Lago. There is an additional bedroom with en suite on this floor. The main living areas and three further bedrooms can be found on the middle floor including a large designer kitchen, which is a great area for socialising, and the dining area just off the kitchen leading to the sun terrace. Two of the bedrooms on this floor are ensuite and the third has use of the shower room situated down the hallway. On the lower ground level you have a twin room with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a small courtyard, a garage, indoor heated pool, games room and spa facilities including fully equipped gymnasium including plasma TV, sauna and Turkish steam room (extra cost for the steam room) and access to the garden with outdoor pool. Large living area, full length windows on one side opening out to a wraparound terrace furnished for dining and seating, making the most of the wonderful views on offer, three comfortable sofas and large TV with DVD player, including many International and UK channels and Sky sports. Dining area furnished with a large table comfortably seating ten people.

- Refundable security deposit in the amount of £500 to be paid | Pool heating of indoor pool included | Turkish bath is available at £320 per week | Maid service once a week included | From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
