The villa is perfectly placed in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for a family vacation. The beach is just 10 minutes away, and Antibes town centre is 15 minutes away. A supermarket and a traditional French boulangerie are both within 5 minutes drive. 25 minutes drive to Nice airport.

An added bonus villa is the surround-sound system allowing you to listen to your favourite music no matter where you are in the villa. Together with air conditioning throughout you can be assured of a luxury stay.

The house has three levels. The entire top floor is the master floor, consisting of the master bedroom and bathroom, dressing and a private balcony with spectacular views over the Cap d’Antibes. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, along with a double sink and heated floors.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living spaces and 2 further bedrooms. The cosy living room has a fireplace, a breakfast room and glass conservatory housing a dining table with a beautiful view of the gardens. The kitchen is custom-made and fully equipped with double gas hob, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, microwave, a dishwasher and a full set of glassware and cutlery. There is also an outdoor barbecue.

There are two bedrooms on this floor and a full-sized bathroom and a guest toilet. There is one kids’ bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed. The full-sized bathroom has a double sink and a luxurious rain shower.

The bottom floor consists of two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds and full-sized bathrooms with a TV room and a utility room containing a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with an iron.

The large, private, outdoor pool is approximately 4m x 6m with a depth of 4m and a diving board.

The land is divided into several levels including an outdoor terrace with a table and an extendable canopy, a paved patio with a bench overlooking the sea and a delightful rose garden with over 250 roses of different colours.

There is an outdoor garage for one car and a winding driveway that can accommodate at least five more cars. The whole plot is overlooked by beautiful pine trees.
