Every guest who has stayed at Gite de la Plaine has loved it and the number of returned clients is testament to this. Although only bedroom, this apartment which was completely renovated about 4 years ago is spacious, modern and bright. For a small gite it offers a lot of outside space, too. The dining area shaded by mulbery trees is delightful but for views, relax on the pool terrace and look over the surrounding countryside. The counter-current facility in the pool means that you can get a good balneo workout. Private parking, private entrance and almost complete privacy complete the picture. If you like animals the owners would be pleased to introduce you to the really cute horse and donkey who live at the other end of the domaine.

About Gite de la Plaine
A rare find! A new 60m² apartment with private heated and lightly salted pool and endless swimming facility located in the countryside and surrounded by vineyards. You will find the old and the new blend perfectly together in this former wine domaine.
This apartment has been finished to a high specification.
The Languedocian village of Thézan lès Béziers is a 20 minutes walk away mostly along a quiet country lane. Thézan has its own boulangerie, butcher and a small market on Thursday. In addition, there is a hypermarket, pharmacy and a couple of bars/restaurants.
Lay out on the loungers on the raised pool terrace and enjoy the sun setting over the vineyards, or eat lunch al fresco beneath the shade of the mulberry trees. You will love the peace and seclusion that this property offers, there are no other houses within a kilometre.
The owner has horses and a riding arena so if you like animals, come and meet Koh-i-Noor the horse and Aladdin the donkey. Bring a carrot and they will be delighted to see you.
The Mediterranean beaches are 25 minutes drive and there is also excellent river bathing just a cycle ride away.
Table tennis and trampoline available - just ask the owner.
The flat comes complete with air conditioning, Smart TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine etc. Books and board games also available. Upright piano for pianists.

We had a great stay
Very nice cottage with all the amenities to have a very good relaxing holiday to be able to decompress. Private pool to cool off from the warmth of the south. Quietly located, possibility to run in the surroundings and tour the vineyards of the excellent wines of the South of FRANCE. For BBQ enthusiasts there is an excellent Butcher shop in Thezan les Beziers. Very nice, helpful, discreet owners. We had a great stay and will come back as soon as the opportunity arises.

A wonderful place!
My girlfriend & I were lucky enough to stay at Gites de la Plaine the first week of July 2020. Caroline & Lincoln couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome in their beautiful home. The guest accommodation is separate & private & immaculate, and has everything you could possibly want including an outside dining table, barbeque, private swimming pool, washing machine and even a dishwasher. Gites de la Plaine is just west of Thézan-lès-Béziers, nestled in the middle of vineyards, car essential! The weather was amazing, local attractions wonderful & Caroline was kind enough to introduce us to her horse & donkey & even gave us a lift to Bezier & back on one occasion. A wonderful place made even more special by the kindness & generosity of our hosts, thank you.
