Designed by Peter Lombardi for the award-winning New York architect Robert A.M. Stern, Villa Mas Fleuri is a high-class hideaway where you can find peace among the palms and pines.
This two-story Provençal-style villa combines local limestone and antique clay with simple spacious design that harnesses the incredible sea views of the coast of Eze.
The villa is set in 1,500 m² of lush Mediterranean gardens with a private heated swimming pool offering an exceptional place to soak up the sun and relax. The villa itself is cleverly designed with a large open-plan living space overflowing onto several terraces providing exceptional views over the shimmering Med and the coast of Eze beyond.
The 290 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The villa comes with a villa manager (7d/7) and a housekeeper (5d/7). You can optionally book further services for example a private chef, butler, driver, etc. Or you can book the villa fully staffed.
The villa has direct access to the Promenade Rouvier and it's only a 2-minute walk to the Royal-Riviera private beach and watersports centre. Both Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer are within easy walking distance including several Michelin-starred restaurants.
