Villa Lina is a cosy and intimate 2-bedroomed villa to sleep 4. Perfect for a couple looking for a villa to themselves, or two couples wishing to holiday together.
Enter from the street up steps to the terrace/garden planted with lavender, stunning bougainvillea and other Mediterranean flowers. This is where you will spend most of your time, dining al fresco and enjoying the view over the rooftops of the bay towards Cap d'Ail and Roquebrune-St-Martin.
The ground floor offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining table for 6 people and a lounge area, all air conditioned. Guest cloakroom with shower.
Upstairs is connected by an outside staircase and offers a cool and comfortable salon with large-screen TV, a picture window with stunning views of the bay with its myriad yachts and a Juliette balcony big enough for two people to sit and enjoy their breakfast together. There are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with bath, Italian shower, sink and WC. Both bedrooms and salon are air conditioned.
To the rear of the villa is a small patio and steps up to two levels of terrace and garden laid out to citrus and pomegranate trees (attention: these steps are steep!).
