An elegant family villa with heated pool, perfectly situated in the hills behind Vence on the Cote d'Azur.
This is a delightful summer villa where long days can be spent by the poolside with the convenience of a summer kitchen and outdoor dining facilities to hand. The swimming pool itself which has Roman steps can also be heated for added comfort. There is also a pergola and a boules pitch, so you can practise this local custom at leisure!
The villa itself is classically decorated with checked tiled floors and chandelier lighting, whilst splashes of art adorn the walls. There is a fabulous balcony area which overlooks the pool and has views over the surrounding hillside, a perfect spot to relax with a chilled drink in hand or perhaps a good book.
Nearby Vence with restaurants and shops is about a 5 minute drive away. St Paul de Vence a little further. Visit Grasse and its perfume factories, Antibes and the beaches or why not spend a day in lively Cannes, all are close by. The nearest beach is about 8 kms away, Nice and airport about 15 kms.
